Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Version 1.0 · Effective June 29, 2026 · Regulatory Options, LLC (Washington)
In plain terms

We collect only what we need to deliver your purchase and run the site: your contact details, your payment (handled by our processor — we never see your full card number), the records you send us to do the work (kept confidential and used only for your service), and basic site-usage data. We do not sell your information.

1Scope

This policy describes how Regulatory Options, LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with RegulatoryOptions.com and the services, training, and programs we provide.

2What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, company, and the details of what you purchase or ask about.

The records you submit. When you buy a review or a build, the documents and records you send us so we can perform the work.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and basic transaction details; we do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Site-usage information. Standard information about how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, and device or browser type — collected through cookies and analytics.

3How we use it

We use this information to deliver and support what you purchased, to communicate with you about your purchase, to operate, secure, and improve the website, and to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

4The records you send us are confidential

The documents and records you submit for a review or build are treated as confidential. We use them only to perform the service you purchased, share them only with the personnel or contractors performing that work, do not sell them, and do not use them to train any public AI model. We retain them only as long as needed to deliver the work and meet our record obligations.

5Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only what each needs: our payment processor (to take payment), our intake tool (to collect the records for your service), our website analytics and search tools (to understand site usage), and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for others’ advertising.

6Cookies and consent

We use essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on the site, and you can change your browser settings to manage cookies at any time.

7Data retention

We keep personal information and submitted records for as long as needed to provide the service, support you, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

8Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including a hardened, monitored, and regularly backed-up website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, California residents under the CCPA and residents of the EU or UK under the GDPR have rights to access and delete personal data and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal data). To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.

10International users

We operate from the United States. If you use the site or our services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information is processed in the United States.

11Children

The site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
